NOTICE The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has received from the Advisory Committee an application for establishment of an Agricultural and Forestal District in the Piedmont, Hampton and Stonewall-Hawthome Magisterial Districts of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 26, Section 15.11509 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended. Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1-1511 of the Code of Virginia as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given of the following: (i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors.
