Vacation Bible School will be held June 18-22 at the Amissville Baptist Church.
Classes for nursery through 11 years will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The youth group will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank McWhirt entertained her nephew and niece, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Patenotte of Newport News for several days last week.
Sunday guests of the McWhirt’s were daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Michael Murphy of Mine Run, and Mr. Murphy’s parents Mr. and and Mrs. William Murphy of Falk Church.
