Answer To me, an environment like this is very therapeutic. It’s a much easier lifestyle. The pace is much slower than in the city.
It’s only people who’d choose to come here who’d crane. If it was too remote, they wouldn’t come. They could choose a facility in the city. This is a service that they’ll be buying. They’re gonna buy what they want to buy.
A lot of people retire and choose to come to the country. I’ve got neighbors like that.
People won’t be living in isolation. They’ll be independent. At times, they may not be able to get out due to a snowstorm or floods. But that’s typical here in the country. When it happens, we’ll be like a family. We’ll put another pot of soup on, and another log in the fire.
People living together have a tendency to look out for one another. They sense those who need extra care or have special needs.
In my way of thinking, people would live longer. It would enhance their lives.
