The Woman’s Society of Christian Service of the United Methodist Church will meet on Monday, June 18 at 7:90 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Paid Miller.

Mrs. Moffett Brady spent a few days last week with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crane at Lanham, Md. The Cranes accompanied her home on Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard spent the weekend with the latter’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Sours at Warrenton.
Mrs. Bruce Bowie and Mrs. Paul Miller spent several days last week with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell and family at Madison Heights. They attended graduation exercises at Amherst High School where Kristy Howell was among the graduates. Kristy is the granddaughter of Mrs. Miller.
Mrs. Jack Curtis with Mrs. Eleanor Timmons of Annandale and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Leckridge of Alexandria attended a family gathering at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Rankin at Warrenton on Sunday.
Mrs. Robert Nethers spent the weekend with Mr. and Mm. Ranny Ay lor and Heather at Sperryville. She was accompanied home on Sunday by Mm. Bob Lewis and granddaughter, Karen Cardie. Mrs. Nethers, Mm. Aylor, Heather and Karen called on John P. Lilian! on Sunday afternoon.
