Of course the residents of Harris Hollow are opposed to Mr. Snead’s proposed development at the ski area. Why? Because (1) Mr Snead has told us contradictory stories as to what he plans to build there; (2) the German investor has never told us what kit plans are, or which of Mr. Snead’s plan he endorses; (3) the Rush River was reclassified secretly, and the Front Royal bond application approved, without the support of area residents.
