As and adjacent landowner, I strenuously oppose the approval of the $6,000,000.00 Industrial Bonds request by the Rappahannock Group Home for the following reasons:
I. The Rappahannock Group Home is a limited partnership wherein Mr. von FeOitzsch, a citizen of Germany, owns seventy-five (76) percent and Sam Snead owns twenty-five (26) percent. This means that a German citizen would have the financial benefits af''these low interest bonds ($3,750,000.00),. to the detriment of many citizens of Rappahannock.
II. The present application would permit this partnership to build from homes for the elderly to homes for the mentally disabled. Mr. von FeiHtzsch owns (me or more homes for the mentally disabled in Germany.
III. Sam Snead has stated that if he did not find an adequate underground
