SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO 199: On June 10. 1983. the Board of Zoning Appeals granted Charles and Russet Kitoy of Revercomb Comers. F. T. Valley, a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 2-1-2(19) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordnance, 1973. to convert an existing structure into a single family residence with the condition that said conversion be completed by June 9. 1984. The applicant wished to extend the time for completion of the structure which is presently under reconstruction. Copies of the foregoing appications are on file at the Zoning Office tor public inspection.
