Seniors Citizens Plan Trip
The Traveling Fun Bunch’ of Fauquier Senior Citizens will have a trip to the winery in The Plains on Thursday, September 13, 1984, as well as a visit to an Iron Forge factory, and a cheese shop. The price of $13.25 will include bus fare, a box lunch, visits to the Iron Forge factory and cheese shop. The bus will leave the Northern Virginia Shopping Center at 9:00 A.M. Small Business Record Keeping Offered
A Small Business Record Keeping course will be offered at Lord Fairfax Community College on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. beginning September 22 and running until November 17.
The course will provide the student with an understanding of record keeping procedures, terms and concepts especially from an IRS point of view. The student will learn how to record business transactions, how to prepare financial statements and how to report taxes.
