Apple Butter Making Contest
The 1964 Virginia Championship Apple Butter Making Contest will be held on Saturday, September 15, at the Winchester Recreation Park in Winchester. The seventh annual contest is held in conjunction with the Rotary Club’s “Apple Harvest Festival” scheduled for September 15th - 16th.
The contest is open to any individual or group who makes apple butter. Apple butter must be made on the site and will be judged on Sunday, September 16th.
