Kegina Manwanng, a sophomore at Rappahannock High, ' was presented a certificate and a $100 savings bond recently for winning the District Nine Virginia Alcohol Safety Program bumper sticker contest.
Manwaring’s bumper sticker had the slogan, “Drinking and Driving is a Good Habit to Break,” with a picture of a car driving through a shattered wine glass. P°r bumper sticker will now be entered in state competition, and the winning entry in the state contest will be used in a statewide safety campaign.
