On January 22 we discovered fire had broken out under our kitchen floor. It was so bitterly cold with no water and absolutely no phone service so you can imagine how helpless we felt!
We had to drive to our nearest neighbor to phone for services, and our wonderful Washington Volunteer Fire Department quickly arrived and work
