Chapel was held on Friday,
January 27. The third and fourth grades presented the program. The Rev. A. Paul Thompson conducted the devotional. The third grade presented “The Princess Who Never Laughed,” with Judy Hawkins portraying the princess. The fourth grade presented “Rumplestilkskin,” with Ned Atkins portraying a very realistic “Rumplestilkskin. ”

William F. Moffett, Jr. accompanied
the Boy Scout group to Washington, D.C. Saturday for a sight seeing tour. They visited the Smithsonian Institute and other places of interest. The scouts who went on the trip were Tim Keating, Sam Snead, Roger Hawkins, Jimmie Jenkins, Page Moffett and Frank Moffett.
