Due to a technical problem with the timing Of arrest, a driving while intoxicated charge was dropped against James John Carroll in General District Court on Tuesday. Carroll pled guilty to another charge of reckless driving involving an accident. Judge John Alexander fined Carroll $2<X) in ad dition to $20 costs, and suspended his operator’s license for six months.
