Real Property and Improvements known as Parcel “ 14, Sommarbeth Estates Subdivision, Rappahannock County. Vir ginia, Civil Action No. 85-0009-C On Jan. 25, 1985, a Complaint for Forfeiture was filed with the Clerk of the U S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia which alleged that the defendant property is subject to forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. S 881. Based on the said complaint, a Memorandum of Lis Pendens against the property was filed on Jan. 28, 1985.
