The Administrative Board of the United Methodist Church met Monday night at the home of Mrs. Jimmy Wayland. Members present were Rev. Merlin Shorb, Mrs. Roy Swindler, Mrs. Lee Swindler, Mrs. Nina B. Brown, Mrs. Tom KJatko, Mrs. Catherine Brown and Hugh Chrisman.

The Sperryville Bridge Club met Friday night with Mrs. Dale Metzinger.

Guests were Mrs. Jack Brown, Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. W. H. Cordle, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. N. K. G. Tholand, Mrs. Roy L. Reeve, Mrs. E. A. McNear and Mrs. T. J. Pillar.

Prize winners were Mrs. Quaintance, Mrs. Reeve and Mrs. Miller.
