“Members of both Houses of Congress voted overwhelmingly to approve the original Gramm-Rudman-Hollings process and it is my hope that the Congress will reaffirm its commitment to eliminating the federal deficit,” said Warner. “To not act at this time to renew our pledge to the American people to work for a balanced budget is simply wrong.
