The cards will be issued on Tuesday, August 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Community Services Center Building at 401 South Main Street in Culpeper.
Inquiries may be directed to the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Center at 825-4242. No appointment is necessary to receive a card.
