Volunteers from the Retired Senior Volunteer Department (RSVP) will be offering residents of this Planning District who are over 60 years old the opportunity to obtain permanent identification cards which can be used at more than 100 local merchants and services to receive discount benefits.
The cards, which take only a few minutes to make, will be issued by volunteers on behalf of the aging program of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Center. A donation of $2 is asked for each card
