Observing that “it is the stick that will keep Congress focused on the need to continue its work to reduce, and eventually eliminate, the federal deficit,” Sen. John Warner (R-VA) said recently he is strongly supporting legislation introduced Wednesday by the same authors of last year’s sweeping deficit control effort.
