Thomas Duncan
Thomas Woodrow Duncan, 62, of Culpeper, died July 30 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Richmond.
A native of Culpeper County, Mr. Duncan served in the U.S. Army from 1948 to 1952.
He is survived by his wife, Janie Campbell Fitzgerald Duncan; three brothers, Edward E. Duncan of Reva, Franklin M. Duncan of Boston and James Kemper Duncan of Rapidan, and three sisters, Fannie G. Clatterbuck of Rapidan, Mary D. King and Louise S. Batten of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include two stepsons, Henry Fitzgerald, Jr., and Robert L. Fitzgerald, both of Culpeper, and three step-grandchildren.
