Applications for Microcomputers: An introduction to word processing, spreadsheets, and data bases using IBM compatible computers. Students will learn to use these three main applications, become familiar with their advantages and disadvantages and be able to use the computers to do several personal projects. Tuition is $20 and students may purchase a floppy disk at the school.
Call the school at 987-8575 no later than Tuesday, March 1, to preregister for these courses. Enrollment will be limited.
1988 baseball registration
The 1988 baseball registration for T-ball, Little League and Babe Ruth for ages 6-15 for the Amissville teams will be held March 12 and 19 from 11 a. m. to 1 p.m. at the Hackley Store parking lot. Registration for the Sperryville teams will be held at the Rappahannock County Elementary School fields March 12 and 19 from 11 a.m. to 1. p.m. Rain date is March 26. Fees will be collected at the time of registration.
Flint Hill Ladies Auxiliary to meet
The Flint Hill Ladies Auxiliary will hold a special meeting on Monday, Feb. 29, at 7:30 p.m. at the Flint Hill fire hall. All members are urged to attend.
