February is Heart Month. We , celebrate the emotional side of the heart with Valentine’s Day, but that’s only one aspect of the heart. The small organ located in the chest between the lungs is the body’s most vital organ.
Many Americans are susceptible to a build-up of cholesterol in their arteries. Some individuals must take special medication to help control this cholesterol build-up. Others are more fortunate. They are able to regulate their cholesterol level by their diet.
