To help families manage the care of older relatives, the Virginia Cooperative Extension Service is offering a free five-week course on Older Adult Caregivers. Participants will receive hands-on training from professionals in aging and gerontology and will acquire a 163-page reference manual. The classes will be held from 9:30 until noon on Tuesdays, March 1, 8. 15. 22 and 29. at the Second National Bank in Madison.

Topics include: Normal vs. Abnormal Aging, Communication with Older Adults, Personal Care, Stress Management, and Community Resources.
