1 have read with some interest in the Rappahannock News about public utilities hearing drawing heat at the Washington Town Council and Planning Commission meeting.
It is my suggestion that an integrated plan for town utilities — i.e. water, sewer, electricity, telephone and other services — be prepared and coordinated with the responsible state, county and utility agencies, such as Virginia Department of Transportation, Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority, Centel and Potomac Edison. A coordinated plan could be outlined as follows:
