100th birthday
celebration set
Friends and family members are invited to a 100th birthday celebration for Jesse Foster on Sunday, April 10, from 12 to 2:30 p.m. The celebration for Mr. Foster, better known to many as “Uncle Jesse” or “Pap,” will be held at the Flint Hill • fire hall. Mr. Foster, formerly of Flint Hill, now resides at Lynn Care Center in Front Royal.
Those wishing to join Mr. Foster and others for dinner are asked to bring a covered dish and/or a dessert. Cards would be greatly appreciated, but the sponsors request no presents or other tokens. “If you can’t come for dinner feel free just to stop by to say hi to Uncle Jesse,” said a family organizer.
