Rt. 211 just outside Washington at 10 a.m. to receive trash bags, safety vests and instructions on areas targeted for clean-up. Trash bags and vests, as last year, are being provided by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Volunteers are also encouraged to return to the park at 2 p.m. for refreshments.
Rappahannock Beautification Day T-shirts will also be distributed to all participants.
