On behalf of the children and staff of the Child Care and Learning Center I would like to invite the citizens of Rappahannock County to an open house at the center on Wednesday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. During these hours visitors will have an opportunity to see the many activities which are planned daily for the children here at the center.
