cups of the flour, the sugar, salt, nutmeg and yeast. In saucepan combine milk, water and butter. Heat to 120-130 degrees. Gradually add warmed liquids to dry ingredients. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes. Add eggs and and 3/4 cup more of the flour. Beat on high speed 2 minutes. Stir in prunes and enough of remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured board until dough is smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes, using additional flour as needed to prevent dough from sticking. Place in greased bowl, turning once. Cover with a towel; let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about IV2 to 2 hours. Punch down; divide dough into 12 equal portions and shape
