The amendments, which will be considered by the commission at a public hearing later this month, allow for a sixth lot by special exception permit providing the following standards are satisfied:
• strict application of the zoning ordinance would result in undue hardship.
• the hardship is not shared generally by other parcels belonging to the same parent tract.
• granting of the permit would not be of substantial detriment to adjoining properties.
• the density shall be in keeping with the density on other parcels deriving from the same parent tract.
