Because grief can be so painful ind seem so overwhelming, it often lightens the bereaved. Many people vorry if they are grieving in the “right” way, and they wonder if ;heir feelings are normal. Many peojle who suffer from a loss of somejne experience feelings of guilt or restlessness, loss of appetite, feel the loved one’s presence, aimless wandering, forgetfulness, difficulty sleeping, anger, mood changes, and unexpected crying. All these are natural and normal responses, according to Tina Weaver, executive director of the Hospice of the Rapidan.
