local churches will start at 5 p.m., on the festival grounds. Homemade pastries and ice cream will be on sale. Gates will open at 5 p.m., for those who wish to picnic on the lawn and dinner will be served in the Hotel Dining Room (by reservation, call 703-856-2198).
