He was a native of Rappahanlock County. He was the son of the ate Charles W. and Lonia Baker Frazier.
He is survived by a brother, rhomas E. Frazier, Amissville; two sisters, Rachel D. Pompieri, College 3ark, Md. and Fannie M. Pullen, \missville; and a number of nieces ind nephews.
A graveside funeral was held on \ug. 31 in the Sperryville Cemeery.
