Spiced Apple Raisin Trolls 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg a 1 c. finely chopped, unpeeled apple (1 small) 1 c. raisins 1/3 c. margarine, softened 1 c. brown sugar legg 1/4 c. apple juice Combine dry ingredients, apples, and raisins. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and apple juice. Beat until combined. Stir in flour mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degrees F. oven 8 minutes.
