“Our primary focus is to encourage motorists to obey posted speed limits and observe other laws and good driving practices."
“However, motorists are the most important factor in reducing crashes and in lowering the severity of injuries sustained. It is extremely critical that motorists obey posted speeds, use safety belts, not drink and drive, and that they drive defensively,” Col. Suthard stressed.
