Mike Hudson who was injured in an automobile accident on Sunday, July 17 near his residence in Washington will be coming home for Labor Day weekend. He will be here from Friday until Tuesday. His wife Kim and daughter Victoria are planning a dinner on Saturday afternoon beginning at 4 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, bring a covered dish and welcome Mike during his visit.
On Sunday Mike, Kim and Victoria plan to have lunch at the home of Mike’s grandmother Mrs. Frances Eubank with other family members.
Mike will enter Woodrow Wilson Center in Fishersville on Wednesday morning. His condition continues to improve. Kim would like to express her appreciation to friends and relatives for their help and support during this time. Kim also urges area residents to attend the dinner, however if you have any conflict please feel free to stop by for a visit anytime while Mike is at home, she added.
Last week, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Riley of Rotonda, Florida and daughter Heather were houseguests at Fairlea, home of Mr. and Mrs. Walt Longyear, Amy and Casey. Mr. and Mrs. Riley are godparents of Amy.
