Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Crews spent a weekend recently at Winter Green near Charlottesville, the occasion being their 40th wedding anniversary. The Crews’ son and family Mr. and Mrs. J. Clark Crews, Lorissa and Eric gave the weekend trip to them for an anniversary present.
Our condolences to the Foster family upon the passing of Mrs. Louise Foster.
Recent visitors of Mrs. Charlie Burke were Mr. and Mrs. Jim Galloway of Ohio. They were enroute to their winter home in Florida.
Mrs. Charlie Burke was a guest last week of Mr. and Mrs. John Metzger and family in Lorton. She - was accompanied home Saturday by Mrs. Arthur Vaugh of Fredericksburg and Mrs. William Bennette of Alexandria and they were Saturday overnight guests.
