Delegate Raymond R. “Andy” Guest Jr. has received a copy of the 1989 Virginia Arts & Crafts Calendar and the current Tour Directory from the Commission for the Arts.
Through this directory, the Commission for the Arts offers communities around the state access to Virginia’s finest touring performers. Non-profit organizations can select artists from this directory for performances.
