The Commonwealth Transportation Board should quickly grant the Toll Road Corporation J>f Virginia’s proposal and get on wi£h building the Dulles Toll Road Extension. Let’s end VDOT’s bureaucratic bickering and give the private sectir a free hand in building private roads all across the commonw’ealth. '
