Jan. 12 is the deadline for nominating volunteers to receive the Governor’s Award for Volunteering. Forms are available at local volunteer centers or by calling 804-7861431. We have many in our area who have dedicated their life to helping others. This is an excellent opportunity to recognize those individuals.
