The conveyance shall be by Special Warranty and the Grantor's tax and cost of preparing the deed shall be the expense of Seller Examination of title, other recording charges, notary fees, and settlement fees will be at the cost of the purchaser.
The Trustee reserves the right (i) to extend the penod of time within which the purchaser is to make full settlement; (ii) to withdraw the properly from sale at any time prior to the termination of the bidder; (iii) to keep the bidding open for any length of time; and, (iv) to postpone or set over the date of sale. In the event the Trustee deems it best for any reason at the time of sale to postpone or continue this sale from time to time, such notices of postponement or setting over will be in a manner deemed reasonable by the Trustee.
