Mr. Haffler apparently thinks the people in town are all millionaires, or have a brother who is an architect. By the time Mr. Haffler gets done, it will cost me more to meet ARB approval than it will to build an addition.

Let’s come back to earth, Mr. Haffler. A back porch should not cost more to design than to build. There are still ordinary people left in this town. Please try to relate to our budgets rather than your w hims.
