A letter to County Administrator John McCarthy noted that the stable/riding facility was deleted from the site plan and would instead be proposed for the adjoining Price property, and that the entire 18-hole golf course would be located on agricultural land. The letter asked for the position of the county on the revised site plan and density allowance.
