A letter to County Administrator John McCarthy noted that the stable/riding facility was deleted from the site plan and would instead be proposed for the adjoining Price property, and that the entire 18-hole golf course would be located on agricultural land. The letter asked for the position of the county on the revised site plan and density allowance.
Indicated on the revised site plan were what Mr. McCarthy described as “minor” boundary adjustments to the additional house lots so the houses could all be in a staggered row off of the ridge of Bessie Bell Mountain.
