Five 4-H’ers and one 4-H leader from Rappahannock County participated in the state 4-H Congress held Jpne 21-24 at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.
Gregory Williams, who was the 1990 Northern District Winner at the 4-H district contest held in April, placed fifth in the state 4-H Tractor Driving Contest. This included both a written test and skills driving competition. Gregory is a member of the 4-H Livestock and Teen Clubs.
Melissa Pagano, who is a mem-t ber of the 4-H Teen Club, was installed as Northern District Cabinet Member. She will work with the other newly-elected state officers,
