She received Departmental Honors in Classics which required a 3.75 grade point average in the major area of study. She was also a member of Mortar Board, the National Senior Honor Society recognizing achievement in scholarship, leadership and service.
She has accepted a position with Bloomingdale’s and plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
John C. Wayland was graduated from Luray High School on June 10.
John played a major role in his senior play entitled “Crafty Camp,” and recently returned from his senior trip to Orlando, Florida where he visited Disney World, Epcot Center and the new MGM Studio.
He plans to attend Lord Fairfax Community College in the fall and plans to pursue a degree in Resource Management.
