PREVIEWING YOUR HOUSE
Selling real estate is like selling any other product. The first and most important requirement is to know your product. If you want a Realtor to recommend your house to prospective buyer, you have to expect that salesperson to be familiar with it, including any special features that would make it appealing to the buyer. A picture on a listing sheet is not the same as having viewed the home in person.
The problem is—how can sales agents preview the home in an organized manner without comming in and out at all hours? A professional agency like ours will arrange a previewing “caravan’ or limited open house, both for our own agents and for those of cooperating agencies. Using the caravan format, we will schedule a specific tie and day for all agents to inspect the property. This way, most agents will see the house af the same time. The seller avoids the inconvenience of having to show the house individually to each agent or agency
