Happy birthday wishes go out to Miss Michele Frazier who celebrated hers on Sunday with a special luncheon at her home prepared by her mother. In addition to her parents and brothers others joining her were her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Meade of Culpeper and her aunt Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville and Andrew Ellis.
