My advice is this: paint an arrow on your litter, put it on a post of some sort, and stick in the ground. The arrow can point in any direction except up or down.
You can, if you wish, put your name, address and telephone number of the litter, as well. Don’t worry if you have to put up more than a few.
Is it legal? Of course. Real estate agents do it all the time. Surely, beer drinkers have as much right to litter our roads as real estate agents.
