God’s Tiny Flowers When a child is taken we do not understand and ask why? We do not know that God needs another flower for this garden in the sky. What kind of place would heaven be without a child for us to see. So as we grow old we begin to understand the wisdom of God's mighty hand. For in His garden we shall see tiny flowers from you and from me. So weep no more and understand the wisdom of God's mighty hand.

PROPOSALS

The County of Rappahannock, Virginia, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to perform a general reassessment of all real property in Rappahannock County. Such reassessment must be completed by 31 December, 1991. Only professional appraisers who meet the requirements of the Virginia Department of Taxation should apply. Inquiries should be directed to Ms. Beverly Atkins, Commissioner of the Revenue, at (703)675-3513. Proposals must be received by August 21, 1990, at the office of the County Administrator, P.O. Box 519, Washington, VA. 22747.

Proposals shall be evaluated by reviewing bidder's past experience and professional qualifications (including experience with similar reassessments in other jurisdictions, professional qualifications, etc ), willingness and ability to assist Board of Equalization and to testify in court should the need arise, and price. The competitive negotiation procedures of the Virginia Public Procurement Act, § 11-37 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended), snail apply.
