Town planners
pass 3 requests
for subdivisions

The Town of Washington’s Planning Commission approved three requests for aub&viaiona at last Thursday’s meeting and also voted to approve a revision of the Historic District Ordinance and send it on to the Town Council.
The first subdivision was for the Rappahannock Citizens League. It creates one lot of 1.46 acres within the town and another lot of 2.45 acres partly within the town, but mostly outside town. Both lots front on the Fodderstack Road.
The second subdivision is for land in the Wallace Critzer Estate property on Warren Avenue. It also creates two lots each that contain an existing house. One is .5 acres and the other is 1.48 acres. At the public hearSeeTOWN
