NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 o’clock P.M., March 11, 1992 in the Courtroom of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, for the purpose of considering the adoption of the new Historic District Ordinance for the Town of Washington, Virginia. Said Ordinance, as proposed by the Town of Washington Planning Commission, and as advertised by the Town of Washington Planning Commission for Public Hearing on February 27, 1992, is available for public inspection in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, and in the Office of the County Administrator for the County of Rappahannock, both located on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia, during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and make their views known on the proposed Ordinance. The Public Hearing which will be convened on March 11, 1992 will be continued until the regular April meeting of the Town Council to be held on April 8,1992.
